Through our Train-the-Trainer Immersion Workshop, your organization can become a Global Catalyst Partner, access the resources you need to deliver SBS in your community and join our vibrant community of Certified Lead Coaches.
Through our hands-on, immersion training experience, and post-workshop coaching, we will provide you with a ready-to-deliver program to train those that you serve to start, run, and grow a small business. Attendees will walk away with our “how-to” guide, and valuable insights, to deliver this successful program.
To effectively deliver SBS, 2 of your staff members are required to attend the Immersion Workshop. They must be able to speak, read and write well in English. Your trainers should plan to implement the SBS program within 6-months, adhering to the principles and core components learned in the workshop. Your organization must also commit to sharing monitoring and evaluation data with us (using simple tools we will provide).
