In this position, she was responsible for the growth and development of Pangaea. Barbara’s professional history includes service as vice president of administration and finance at California State University Monterey Bay, vice president for administration and finance at Marin Community Foundation and chief financial officer at the Pacific Stock Exchange. Barbara holds an MBA.

He brings 20 years of non-profit experience leading strategy, staff, programs and communications with senior public and private stakeholders. Chuck is also an experienced fund raiser, having secured over $100 million in corporate, foundation and private sector support. He and his wife led a $24 million healthcare infrastructure project in Kampala, Uganda and were privileged to be part of BeadforLife at its inception. They maintain many deep ties to Uganda. Chuck holds an MBA.
